Greedy Percy Best could have donated that terrific piece of park area property to the town specifically to build a new awesome skatepark on .. but that's something seriously out-of-touch boomers like him don't do.. because they're not interested in sharing their wealth, don't mind when the government over-spends and over-taxes.. and have a reputation for being selfish and entitled.

Our town will replace this crappy skatepark for the youth with an awesome one.. and it will not have a giant cell tower looming over it.. mark my words.
