Designs and Ideas... More Hustle Required Locally? I think so.. what's the hold up been?

 A lack of focus, attention, and work ethic by the town hall staff has been the problem.. its down to hiring the right people to work on things that improve the lives of our folks in the region.. if those people are not on the payroll yet .. ask why that is.
