Andrew Black is kept very busy with meetings, conferences, schmoozing, networking all over the map.. its tough to imagine he has much focus on the people of this region with so many distractions and diversions on his calendar. Sorry youth skateboarders hoping for a new concrete venue--you're out of luck with this "Mayor" for the technocrats and envirocrats.. best to vote him out.
