"Live Bait Theatre" consistently funded by town.. why? Ron Kelly Spurles double dips for his pet project as he is the tourism manager you would think he would grasp the value of a new skatepark venue for attracting visitors and creating a fun space for the youth to be active - he has a daughter and son - so as a parent I am sure he can relate.
